Small red chilly

Garlic
paste

Mint leaves
Pudhina
Saffron
A pinch

Oil
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of
oil
in a rice cooker.
Fry
onion
,
cloves
, cinnamon, bay leaf, chillies, mint and
garlic
until aromatic for about 2 mins.
Add the rice,
water
,
prawns
,
saffron
and
salt
.
Close the cooker and let it cook until it turns off to (Keep Warm÷.
