Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, green chilli, salt and vinegar for half an hour.
- Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and sautT well.
- Add the chicken to it and cook with closed lid.
- Add soya sauce as per requirement in order to get a brown colour.
- Wait until the chicken is cooked well.
- :- Serve hot with chapathi or paratha.
