Instructions
- Make chutney with coconut, ginger, garlic, green chillis,fennel seeds and coriander leaves.( u can add some water while grinding and Make it fine paste)
- Add cashews.Then add 1 thinly sliced onion and Saute till light brown.
- Add chutney and saute for some time.
- Add soaked and drained basmati rice and mix every thing well.
- Pour 4 cups of water, add some lemon juice .
- When water begins to boil close the lid.
- After 1 whistle switch of the flame and open after some time.
