- Chicken ½ kg -
- Dried Coconut powder 1cup -
- Soya sauce : 2 tsp -
- Maida 4 tsp -
- Corn flour 4 tsp -
- Rice flour : 3 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Black Pepper : 3 tsp -
- Lemon juice 3 tsp -
- egg 2 -
- Bread crumbs : 1 cup -
- Oil to fry -

- In a bowl add soya sauce, maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix
- Now add chicken and marinate for 10 mins.
- In another bowl add maida, corn flour and water make as batter and keep aside
- In a plate mix dried coconut powder and bread crumbs and keep aside.
- Next in flour batter. Next in bread crumbs and coconut powder and put it in oil to fry
- Fry the chicken until it gets in brown colour.
- Now coconut fried chicken is ready. Serve with sauce.
