Ingredients
- Sardines/Mathi - 1/2 kg
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Ginger(crushed) - 1 piece
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Fish masala - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Gambooge(kudampuli) - 3 nos
- Coconut milk - 2 cups
- Shallots(chopped, kunjulli) - 5 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- Add coriander powder, chilly powder and fish masala.
- Add salt and gambooge.
- Add water and cook masala.
- Add fish pieces, cover and cook.
- In another pan, add 1 tbsp coconut oil and fry shallots and curry leaves.
- Pour this over the curry.
