  • For preparing colocasia(chembu) roast, first slice colocasia into strips.
  • Mix with salt and pepper. Fry it in oil.
  • Heat a kadai and add oil. Fry ginger-garlic paste, onion, chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the fried colocasia and mix well.
  • Add water if required to make the vegetable soft.
  • Colocasia roast is ready.
