Fish marinated in coriander chutney and fried in oil

- Fish - 4 nos
- Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
- Coconut(grated) - 4 tbsp
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 small
- garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing coriander fried fish, first clean the fish. Do not cut into several pieces. Keep it whole.
- Grind together coriander leaves, coconut, green chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin and salt.
- Rub it on the fish pieces well.
- Keep aside for 1/2 hour .
- Pour little oil in pan and fry the fish pieces in very low flame.
- Coriander fried fish is ready.
