  • Green chilli : 1 no -
  • Shallots : 4 - 5 nos
  • ginger garlic 3 - 4 cloves
  • cardamom 3 -
  • cinnamon 2 -
  • jeera 1 sp -
  • Cloves : 4 - 5
  • Water : 2 cups -

Instructions
  1. grind coriander ,ginger garlic shallots and green chilli and keep aside

  2. in a cooker add oil and saute gram masala

  3. add onions

  4. now add the ground paste to it

  5. when saute add the rice

  6. stir for a min and add 2 cups water

  7. cover the lid for a whistle and serve
