- All purpose flour - 2 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Baking powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt(Pinch) -
- Oil for frying -
- lots of powdered sugar for dusting -

- Add all purpose flour,knead until soft dough forms and it doesn't stick to the work surface.
- Wrap the dough with a clean wet cloth and sit for 3 hours.
- Make onion sized balls out of the dough and roll it out the dough to a thin chappathi.cut the dough into a 1 inch strips and 3 inch lengths.
- Press the center portion and make cute bow cookies
- Heat oil in a pan and fry until light brown in colour.
- Crispy Bow Cookies are ready to serve.
