Crispy, salty, crunchy potato chips

- Potatoes : 5 - 6 nos
- Salt to taste -
- Red chilli powder : 1(if necessary) - 2 tsp
- Refined / coconut oil : as reqd to fry the chips -

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes in thin size (or in the thickness as required) into the water as shown in below picture.
- When the colour of the chips turns into golden, remove it from the frying pan and serve it with coffee / tea or any other drinks.
- If you want to make the chips spicy then add some red chilli powder also and mix it well.
