  • For preparing crunchy cauliflower, clean the vegetable well and separate the florets.
  • Beat egg and pepper well.
  • Boil water and add cauliflower in it.
  • Cook for 4 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  • Mix salt, egg mixture and lime juice together.
  • Dip the cauliflower in the egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. Fry to a golden brown color.
  • Crunchy cauliflower is ready.
