Instructions
- For preparing crunchy cauliflower, clean the vegetable well and separate the florets.
- Beat egg and pepper well.
- Boil water and add cauliflower in it.
- Cook for 4 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- Dip the cauliflower in the egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. Fry to a golden brown color.
- Crunchy cauliflower is ready.
