- Prawns - 10 nos
- Kasmiri chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Maida - 1 cup
- Oats - 1/2 cup
- Corn flour - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(for frying) -

- Clean and wash the prawns.
- Marinate the prawns in kashmiri chilli powder,pepper powder,salt and pressure cook it until 2-3 whistles.
- Take oats,maida,corn flour,1/2 tsp pepper powder,cardamom powder,salt and mix well.
- Dip the prawns in flour mixture
- Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown in colour
- Tasty crunchy fried prawns is ready to serve
