Instructions
  1. Heat oil in pressure pan.
  2. Add the seasoning ingredients and saute for 1 min.
  3. Add the green chillies and minced onions, salt, turmeric and cook till golden brown.
  4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while.
  5. Add cucumber, tomatoes, coriander powder and chilli powder, stir well and saute for 3 mins.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water, change the flame to high, close the lid and pressure cook until 1 or 2 whistles.
  7. After cooling, open the lid and see if any water left.
  8. :- If water is there, just cook open until water evaporates.
  9. Finally garnish with cilantro leaves.
  10. :- Serve with plain rice.
