- Poha 1 cup -
- Curd : 1/2 cup -
- milk 1/2 cup -
- Salt to taste -
- chopped onion 1 -
- green chillies 2 no. -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- bengal gram 1/2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/2 tsp -

Instructions
- soak the poha in water for 10 mins
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, bengal gram , broken urad dal, curry leaves and green chiilies
- add onion and saute it for 2 mins
- now add curd and mix it in low flame
- now add poha and milk and mix well
- dahi poha is ready
