- Chicken breast - 200g cut
- Oil(for deep frying) -
- Spring onion - 2 tbsp
- Marination -
- Maida - 1/4 cup
- Corn flour(half of 1/4 cup) -
- Egg - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly paste( made from whole dry chilly) - 1 tbsp
- Salt -
- For sauce -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Dry chilly - 3
- Cashew nut(chopped 2 tbsp) -
- Capsicum - 1/2 portion
- Savala - 1 medium
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Chilly paste(made from whole red dry chilly) - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into thin strips.
- Take items for marination in a bowl
- Mix well without lumps. Then mix with chicken and keep it for atleast 15 minutes
- Cut capsicum and savala into thin strips
- Deep fry chicken until golden brown and keep aside.
- Then heat another pan add 1 tbsp oil then add dry chilly cut into 2 pieces and add cashew nuts. Fry till golden brown .
- Then mix with chicken sauté well till it completely drain the water. Then mix with spring onion.
- Now dragon chicken is ready to serve.
