- drumstick leaves washed - 2 cups
- Small onions - 1 cup
- Chopped tomatoes - 1 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Red chillies - 4 nos
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Tamarind juice - 2 spoons
- Ginger - 1 small
- garlic - 4 nos

Instructions
- For preparing Drumstick Leaves Chutney, first saute mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal along with red chillies.
- Now add onion to it and saute until it turns transparent.
- Next add the leaves and minimize the flame till it gets cooked. You will see the leaves spattering when it is done.
- Add tomatoes and cook till it gets soft.
- Add tamarind juice.
- Allow it to cool and run it in a mixie to get the chutney done. Season it if desired.
