  • Make jaggery dissolves in boiling water and strain keep aside
  • In pan add boiling water, Add jiggery water dry coconut and cardamom
  • Now add raggi flour mix well and turn off
  • Allow to cool for 10 mins
  • Make small size laddu and keep aside
  • Steam raggi laddu in steamer
  • Now remove from steam and roll in dry coconut
  • Now its ready to serve Dry Coconut Raggi Laddu
