Do you need a crispy outside and buttery soft texture inside cookies, then this would be your choice. This is a healthy cookies which have cashew, bada, pista in it. This would be the best snack for kids. They would love it.

  • Unsalted butter - 100 gms
  • Powdered sugar - 100 gms
  • Maida - 200 gms
  • Baking powder - 10 gms
  • Milk - 50 ml
  • Mixture of dry Fruits( Cashews, badam, pista) - 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add butter, powdered sugar and mix till it blends.

  2. Then add milk, cardamom Powder and mix well

  3. Add maida, baking powder one by one and mix it well.

  4. Coarsely grind the dry Fruits and add 3/4 th of the them to the maida mixture.

  5. Mix it well and make it as a dough

  6. In a baking tray, apply the butter and dust with maida. Place the small balls of mixture in the plate as shown in the picture

  7. On top sprinkle the remaining nuts mixture and place a cashew for decoration

  8. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees. Then place the cookies tray and make it at 220 degree Celcius for 12 minutes.
