Ingredients
- Canned white tuna in oil - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Onions(finely sliced) - 3 nos
- Ginger and garlic(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Fenugreek powder(less than 1/4 tsp, Uluva podi) -
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing dry white tuna roast, heat oil in a vessel, splutter mustard seeds and then add curry leaves.
- Add sliced onions and saute till it becomes golden brown.
- Then add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute it well.
- Toss in the tomato and saute it for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle in chilly powder, turmeric powder and fenugreek powder. Stir it.
- Now add the white tuna(drain the oil from the can and crush the fish with spoon or hand) to it and stir well.
- Add in garam masala powder and stir it till it becomes dry.
- Dry white tuna roast is ready. Serve hot with chappathi
