- For the filling: -
- Chicken(boneless) - 500 g
- Onion - 3
- Green chilly - 4
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1+1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(a hand ful) -
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste -
- For dosa -
- All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
- Salt(pinch) -
- Water(as required) -
- For coating -
- Egg - 3
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(pinch) -

- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Cook chicken with 1 tsp pepper powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,salt and water as required.
- Add pepper powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt,coriander leaves and curry leaves.combine well and remove from the flame.
- Whisk 3 egg with pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Mix all purpose flour with enough water and salt to make a smooth batter.Make medium size dosas.we dont want to cook the both sides,cook each dosas for 1 minute.
- Dip each dosas in egg mixtute.
- Pour the remaining egg add add some chopped coriander leaves on its top.cook for 20 minutes in low heat.
- Cover the pan with a plate and gently turn the pan upside down,so that the layered dosas will fall onto the plate.now the top part should be placed on the pan.cook covered in low heat for 5 minutes.
- Easy chicken chatti pathiri is ready.
