- Chicken breast(cooked and minced) - 1/2 kg
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- garlic(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Potato(big) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Chicken Masala - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Eggs(beaten) - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing easy chicken cutlet, in a vessel boil the potato with a pinch of turmeric powder, salt and sufficient water, until done. Peel the potato and allow it to cool. Mash it and keep it aside.
- Then add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, chicken masala, garam masala powder and salt. Saute till the raw smell is gone.
- Now add in the chicken mince and cook until the whole water content has evaporated.
- Take a bowl, mix the above chicken masala and mashed potato.
- Make small balls and flatten them with the palm of your hands. Dip them in whisked egg and then in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them until golden brown or as you prefer.
- Easy chicken cutlet¦s are ready. Serve them hot with ketchup or any sauce you prefer.
- Note:- 1)Use coconut oil or ghee for best results.
- If you don`t want it to be too spicy, you can avoid the green chillies.
- You can add coriander leaves as well for taste.
