Instructions
- Soak the badam in water around 6 hrs.
- Make a thick sugar syrup.
- After six hrs, peel off badam skin and grind it well without adding water.
- Add maida in this mix and make it into small balls.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Put this ball and fry it to light brown colour.
- Take out the balls from the pan.
- Keep it in sugar syrup.
- :- Serve this after 30 mins.
