  • 50 gm Maida
  • 250 gm Badam
  • 500 gm Sugar
  • Ghee for frying


  • Soak the badam in water around 6 hrs.
  • Make a thick sugar syrup.
  • After six hrs, peel off badam skin and grind it well without adding water.
  • Add maida in this mix and make it into small balls.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Put this ball and fry it to light brown colour.
  • Take out the balls from the pan.
  • Keep it in sugar syrup.
  • :- Serve this after 30 mins.
