Simple way to make jeera rice

  • 4 cups Basmathi rice cooked
  • 2 spoon Black pepper
  • 2 spoon Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 3 tbsp Ghee


  • Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add pepper followd by cumin seeds.
  • When it starts to splutter, add the cooked basmathi rice into it and mix well.
