  • Heat oil in a nonstic pan.
  • Add Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Ginger and curry leaves, and stir it till it becomes light brown with low flame.
  • Add Chicken masala, Turmeric powder, pepper powder and Garam masala and stir it well till the oil comes out.
  • Add the coconut milk and salt as required and close the lid for 3 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and drop the egg pieces in it.
  • Stir it slowly and then sprinkle it with chopped coriander leaves and off the flame after 2 minutes.
  • :- Serve with chappathi, puri, paratta or nan.

    Thank you, really nice recipe. I made slight modifications – before sauting onion i spluttered mustard seeds, perum jerakam, cinnamon sticks. Instead of adding coconut milk, i added water…i m only a beginner in cooking field, but this turned out nice…
