  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and sliced onion, green chilly along with salt as required. Saute till it becomes soft and light brown in colour. Then add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and pepper powder. Saute for another 4-5 minutes and remove it from the flame.
  • Take a piece of bread slice and place a half piece of boiled egg on it, add 1-2 spoon onion massala and place another slice of bread into its top and press the edges.
  • Finally beat 2 eggs by adding some pepper powder and salt, then dip the bread Pockets in it. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the both sides.
  • Egg Bread Pockets or Egg Bread Sandwich is ready now.
