  • Milk : 500 ml (2 ½ glass) -
  • Sugar : 11 tsp -
  • Bread slices : 4 nos -
  • Egg : 3 nos -
For Topping :
  • Sugar : 3 tsp (or can use caramel) -

Instructions
  1. Add 11 tsp sugar to the milk and boil.

  2. When it boils turn off the fire and keep it aside.
  3. Add bread crumbs to this (soak) and mix well after 2 minutes.

  6. Beat 3 eggs.

  9. Heat 3 tsp sugar for topping.
