- Tomato : 1 no -
- cumin seed 1/2 tsp -
- red chili powder 11/2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- TO GRIND -
- green chili 2 no. -
- mint leaves 1 handful -
- coriander leaves 1 handful -
- Coconut : 1/2 cup -
- Ginger : small piece -
- Garlic 4 no. -
- Fennel seeds : 1 tsp -

Instructions
- Make a fine paste of the ingredients mentioned under to grind
- heat oil in the kadai and temper the cumin seeds
- add finely chopped onions and saute it for 5 mins
- add tomato and mix well
- add Grinned paste and mix well
- add red chili powder, salt, garam masala and turmeric powder. mix well
- add 2 glasses of water
- allow to cook until it become thick consistency
- add egg directly to the gravy without boiling
- allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
- Now egg green gravy is ready to serve
