Yummy homemade Chilli Chicken without using egg and ajinomotto!!

Instructions
- Wash and drain the chicken pieces.
- Set aside for half n hour.
- Take a small kadai and add abt 5 tbsp oil and heat.
- Now fry the chicken pieces(both side f every piece) in a very low flame covering the lid.
- :-Covering the lid helps the chicken pieces cook well.
- Once all the pieces are fried set aside.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick kadai.
- Add chopped onion, capsicum, ginger,garlic and green chillies and sautT well for abt 10 mins.
- Saute till the gravy is thick.
- Add the fried chicken pieces,mix well with the gravy and cover the kadai wid lid.
- Saute till it is very dry.
- Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
- :-Serve hot with fried rice and raita !!

This is a really good recipe.I`m a novice in cooking and this is the first time that I tried chilly chicken at home. It came out really well and was not that tedious to cook also.
