Instructions Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl suspended over a pan of simmering water. Take another bowl and put sugar, yolks, eggs and whisk(use an electric blender or hand blender)until pale and creamy. Slowly fold in the chocolate mix. Add sifted flour and fold in thoroughly. Butter 6 ramekins(a small oven proof bowl wid 6-8cm diameter) well. Fill each ramekin three-quarters full with the chocolate mixture and set aside for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200ªC. Bake the ramekins for 11-12(do not exceed) minutes until almost set. :- Means outer part of the pudding would be hard and inside would be warm n juicy. Remove the chocolate puddings from the oven and wait 20 seconds before turning out onto serving plates. Serve each pudding with few small scoops of vanilla ice cream!!
