  • 200 gm Dark chocolate
  • 200 gm Butter
  • 200 gm Caster sugar
  • 6 nos Egg yolks
  • 6 nos Eggs
  • 125 gm Sifted flour
  • Vanilla Ice cream


  • Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl suspended over a pan of simmering water.
  • Take another bowl and put sugar, yolks, eggs and whisk(use an electric blender or hand blender)until pale and creamy.
  • Slowly fold in the chocolate mix.
  • Add sifted flour and fold in thoroughly.
  • Butter 6 ramekins(a small oven proof bowl wid 6-8cm diameter) well.
  • Fill each ramekin three-quarters full with the chocolate mixture and set aside for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 200ªC.
  • Bake the ramekins for 11-12(do not exceed) minutes until almost set.
  • :- Means outer part of the pudding would be hard and inside would be warm n juicy.
  • Remove the chocolate puddings from the oven and wait 20 seconds before turning out onto serving plates.
  • Serve each pudding with few small scoops of vanilla ice cream!!
  • Treat your loved one with this luscious dessert!!! 😉
