- Eggplant 200 gram -
- jackfruit seed 100 gram -
- onion 15 no. -
- Garlic 5 no. -
- red chili 2 no. -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Sambar powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Grated coconut : 4 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -
- curry leaves 6 no. -

Instructions
- slice the eggplant
- peel the jackfruit seed skin and cut into two pieces and boil by adding salt
- in pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, garlic and curry leaves
- add red chili and onion and saute it for 3 mins.
- add tomato and mix it
- add eggplant, mix it and allow to cook for 3 mins
- add sambar powder, salt and turmeric and mix well
- add boiled jackfruit seed and mix it, and add 1 glass of water and allow to cook
- now egg planr jackfruit seed curry is ready to serve
