- Any fish - 6 slice
- Sliced Onions - 1/2 cup
- green chilli slit - 3
- Ginger - 1/2 piece
- Garlic pods - 4
- Kashmiri chllies - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- tamrind juice extract - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves -
- Coriander leaves -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- in a saucepan pour the tamrind juice extract, add little water, then add the slicedonion, slit ginger and garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, chilli powder , pepper powder,salt to taste and cook for a minute, add the sliced fish, and cook further for 5 minutes, add curry leaves and coriander leaves, and 1 tea spoon of coconut oil... fish curry is ready.. enjoy
