- Good fleshy fish - 500 gm
- Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1 no
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Roasted bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Clean the fish thoroughly.
- Slice the fish into long finger like pieces.
- Appy salt and half the pepper powder and keep it for about 1 hour.
- Beat the egg.
- Add maida to it and bring it to a dripping consistency. (Add water if necessary).
- Add salt and the remaining pepper to this batter and mix well.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Dip the fish pieces in the batter, roll it in the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry them in hot oil.
