Instructions
- Cut the fishes into long pieces.
- Roll the fish in flour that has been heavily seasoned with black pepper and salt.
- Fry in hot oil.
- Remove and drain fish.
- Add fried fish, onions, red pepper and coriander leaves.
- Cover and reduce heat. Allow it to cook for 10-15 mins.
- :- If you want it to be much more hot(spicy), add 1/2 tsp of chilly powder.
