Fish Molly Fish Molly is a preparation where fish is stewed in coconut milk and very low spiced flavor in masala is prepared. Fish molly cooked in kerala style is a yummy dish that goes well with appam, chappatis and bread. 2 lbs Pomphret or any fish2 nos Tomato10 nos Whole red chillies1 no Onion (large)5 nos Garlic clovesPepper (As reqd, crushed)¼ tsp Turmeric powder5 nos Green chillies1 cup Coconut milkSalt (As reqd)2 stems Curry leaves1 inch Ginger2 tbsp Oil3 tsp Lemon juice Clean the fish and cut into 1 inch pieces.Crush the red chillies with garlic and keep it aside.Slice the onion thinly.Cut the green chillies lengthwise.Chop the ginger.Put the oil in a cooking pan and sautT the onions and green chillies for five minutes.Then, add the crushed pepper, garlic and ginger. Fry for 3 minutes until the smell of chillies come out.Add the coconut milk, turmeric powder and let it boil.Then, add the fish and salt. Cook well.Next, add the tomato pieces and cook for 5 minutes.Finally, add the lemon juice and curry leaves to Fish Molly.:-Serve Fish Molly hot with rice and bread. Kerala
