  • For preparing fresh veggie salad, mix together lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and capsicum in a mixing bowl. Keep this aside.
  • Prepare a mixture by blending together garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Pour this mixture into the veggie salad and toss gently. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
  • Fresh veggie salad, a healthy, nutritious and easy to prepare salad recipe is ready.
