Garlic Dip or Garlic Paste is a sauce prepared using garlic as a primary ingredient. Its a nice combo with naan or any type of Roti.This recipe is just four simple ingredients but with a little love it turns into a magical sauce you will be spreading on Beef shawarma or dipping with broasted chicken.This can be refrigerated in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.

  • Take a blender and add egg white and chopped garlic.
  • Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and salt as required.
  • Close the lid and blend it for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the sunflower oil as to batches and blend it again for 15-30 seconds.
  • Now it came out perfect!:-)
  • Garlic paste is ready now.
