North Indian Breakfast - Garlic Naan Easy
Instructions
- In a bowl add the maida.
- Grind the garlic smoothly.
- Add curd as well to make a dough.
- Finally add the chopped parsley and mix.
- Wrap it in wet cloth and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Then roll them into chappathis.
- Directly put them on the heat till it rises.

- Then put it on pan and apply butter and cook on both sides.
- When both sides are done, apply little butter and the chopped garlic and wait till gets little roasted.
- Serve hot with any sabzi.
