Garlic Roll

  • For Dough
  • maida 1 cup
  • yeast 1 pinch
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • hot water as required
  • TO Roll
  • italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • garlic 10 no.
  • butter 3 tsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • pepper 1 tsp


  • Make dough with maida, yeast, sugar, salt and hot water and allow to rise.
  • In a bowl add butter, italian seasoning, mashed garlic, salt, pepper and coriander leaves
  • mix it well
  • Roll the dough and apply the mix
  • roll it
  • Cut the roll
  • In a baking tray grease the oil and keep the roll
  • apply butter and bake for 30 mins
  • now Garlic roll is ready
