Cluster beans(Kothamarakka) cooked in garlic and chilly masala

Ingredients
- Cluster beans(cut into 1/2 " pieces, Kothamarakka) - 250 gm
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(cut into small pieces) - 2 nos
- Garlic pods(chopped) - 7 -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Cook gavar in a pan with 1/4 cup of water, till tender.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add tomatoes and chillies and saute for 2 mins.
- Add the gavar and masala powders and continue to cook over a low flame stirring from time to time.
- Cook for 5 mins, till its well blended and the preparation is dry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :-Serve hot with chappathis or rice.
