Ingredients
- Finely grated cauliflower : 2 cup -
- Cumin seeds : 2 tsp -
- Finely chopped onions : 2 nos -
- Chopped green chilies : 2 nos -
- Chopped coriander leaves : ¼ cup -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt : as reqd -
- Oil : as reqd -

Instructions
- Heat little oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it.
- When cumin seeds start to crackle, add chopped green chilies and onion. Cook till onion turns pink.
- Once it turns brown, add red chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and mix properly.
