- Gobi 1 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- tomato puree 3 tsp -
- capsicum 1/2 no. -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/4 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 3 tsp -
- red chili 1 no. -
- cumin seeds 1/2 tsp -

Instructions
- clean and cut the gobi in normal size
- par boil the gobi by add salt
- in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed and red chili
- add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix it and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
- add par boiled gobi and mix it
- allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame until the masala mix well with the gobi
- now gobi masala is ready to serve
