- Cauliflower : 1 cup -
- capsicum 1/2 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato 2 no. -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- colour powder 1pinch -
- Tandoori masala 1 tsp -
- oil 5 tsp -
- lemon 1/2 no. -
- tikka stick 3 no. -

Instructions
- chop the cauliflower and wash with the hot water
- soak the tikka stick in water for 15 mins
- in a bowl add maida, corn flour, rice flour, red chili powder, tandoori masala,salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon and colour powder and add some water and mix well
- add cauliflower and mix well and marinate for 10 mins
- preheat the oven for 5 mins in 180 c and bake the gobi tikka for 15 mins and grill it for 5 mins
- now gobi tikka is ready to serve
