- Ginger - 1 Inch
- Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Lemon - 1 No
- Honey - 2-3 Tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 Pinch
- Water - 400 Ml
- Pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp

- Wash gooseberries, ginger and mint leaves. Remove seeds from gooseberries and chop, Remove skin from ginger.
- In a blender add gooseberries, mint leaves and ginger. Grind it well and add 400 ml water. Blend again and strain it.
