  • Grind together coriander leaves, green chillies, poppy seeds, ginger, garlic, cloves, black pepper and cinnamon sticks into a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions and tomatoes, until the onions turn golden brown.
  • Add potatoes and mix well.
  • Add the ground paste and stir for 5 mins.
  • Add chicken and stir again for 5 mins.
  • Add water and salt and mix well.
  • Cover and cook, till chicken is cooked and the gravy thickens.
  • :- Serve with roti or rice.

    The sequence of the ingredients is totally haywired. It should be Onions, then tomatoes, then chicken and then the green paste, in the end follow by water if required.
    Please give proper directions next time!

    This comment is for madhura.. If you dont know how to cook u cant say it was a flop. Get it, its the best recipe ever
