Green Peas Masala Green peas curry for chappathis 1 cup Green peas (cooked or one tin)Garlic (ginger paste - 1 tsp)1 no Onion1 no TomatoCurry leaves (A few)Coriander leaves (A few)2 nos Green chillies1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powder2 tsp Coriander powder1/4 tsp Garam masala powder1 cup Thick coconut milk1 tsp Mustard seedsSalt (As reqd)Oil Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds.Saute chopped onion till transparent.Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato and green chillies. Add all the powders and stir well.Add green peas, curry leaves, coconut milk and salt. Let it boil. When oil separates, remove from fire. Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve with chappathis. Really good with chappathi. Definitely a 1-2 tbsp of soya sauce adds more taste. Thanks.
