- guar/cluster beans - 250 gms
- potato cubed - 1 large
- onions sliced - 3
- haldi/turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt -
Ingredients for the masala paste:
- Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
- Green chilies - 3-4
- whole dhania/coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- whole jeera/cumin seeds - ½ tsp
- Garlic Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Clean and cut the guar/cluster beans into 10 pieces.
- Grind the ingredients of the masala to make a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and sautT the sliced onions till they turn translucent.
- Add the ground masala paste, turmeric powder and salt. Cover and cook the masala till the oil separates.(you can add a little water to cook the masala)
- Add the guar/cluster beans and cubed potatoes and + cup water.
- Cover & cook on a low flame for 20 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. serve it with poori or roti.
