  • For preparing Gujarathi tomato salsa, first take a clean bowl.
  • Add the chopped onion in it.
  • Fry tomatoes on flame directly. Turn in between with a skewer.
  • When the skin becomes burned color, remove from flame.
  • Remove the skin of tomatoes and place in onion bowl.
  • Fry dry chillies on flame. When it becomes brown in color, remove and add to onion-tomato mixture.
  • Mash the tomatoes and chillies well with hand or by fork.
  • Add coriander leaves and required salt.
  • Pour coconut oil over it before serving.
  • Gujarathi tomato salsa is ready.
