- Chicken - 1 kg
- Ginger/garlicpowder or paste - 2 tbsp
- Dried oregano - 1 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tbsp
- Lemon - 2
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Corn flour - 1/4 cup
- Crushed Cornflakes - 2 cups
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- For preparing Home Made Chicken Broasted, first cut the chicken into medium pieces with or without skin. Then marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with pepper powder, lemon juice and salt. Keep aside for an hour.
- Usually Broasted Chicken is prepared using pressure fryer. If you don't have pressure fryer, you can use a wide frying pan. Here I used pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, place the chicken pieces in the hot oil on low flame. Fry each piece for 2-3 minutes or until the coating becomes crispy and lightly brown.
- Cover and cook until the first whistle. After 5 minutes, open the pressure cooker. If you want more crispy, just fry for a minute. Place the fried chicken pieces on the paper towel .
- Home Made Chicken Broasted is ready. Serve hot with bun, french fries and sauces.
