  • Wash well the apple and carrot in running water. Then peel the skin off from apple and carrot with a peeler.
  • Then chop them into equal sized small cubes.
  • Pressure cook it by adding 1 cup water for 2-3 whistles.
  • Once the apples and carrots are cooked, it will be soft and transparent. Now blend it with a peeled banana and little water to a smooth paste in a blender.
